1. Personal journal only

This website is a personal blog about men's everyday strength, exercise notes, meal rhythm, walking, and personal organisation. It describes my personal practice, my observations, and what I do. The writing is intended for general reading and reflection.

I am not a medical professional, nutrition professional, fitness professional, therapist, or licensed adviser. Nothing on the site should be read as an assessment, prescription, instruction, or replacement for qualified support.

2. No promised result

The site does not promise progress, change, or any specific outcome. Blog posts, prompts, archive pages, and conversations are based on personal experience only. Your background, time, preferences, and needs may be very different from mine.

Readers are responsible for their own decisions. If you need individual direction, this personal journal is not the right source for that purpose.

3. Meaning of men's strength

On this website, men's strength means everyday discipline, basic exercise habits, simple meals, walking, planning, and steady attention. The site does not discuss intimate topics and does not make claims about intimate ability.

This clarification is part of the site boundary. The material is a diary of what I do in my own routine, not a promise or recommendation for readers.

4. Use of content

You may read public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may share a link or quote a short excerpt with credit to Taik Duccan. You may not copy the whole website, resell paid materials, remove the not-medical-advice context, or present my personal notes as your own work.

Text, visual style, archive materials, service names, and page structure are protected unless stated otherwise. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

5. Paid note options

Paid options may include a digital archive, a private marker session, or a monthly email note series. These services focus on how I organise my personal notes, not on giving professional advice. They are not medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or fitness services.

Prices are listed in euros on the main page and may change for future requests. A booking or purchase is active only when I accept the request and any required payment step has been completed. I may decline requests outside the stated purpose of the site.

6. Contact form

The contact form is for ordinary questions about the blog, archive, and paid journal options. Please do not send private medical details, urgent matters, or sensitive information that should not be handled by ordinary email.

You agree not to use the form for spam, harassment, unlawful material, automated submissions, or misleading claims about your identity. Messages outside the purpose of the site may be ignored or deleted.

7. External services

The website may use Google Fonts, Font Awesome, hosting services, email tools, and a Google Maps iframe. These third-party services have their own materials and settings. I do not control third-party websites or their data practices.

A link or embedded element does not mean endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing external services before using them.

8. Availability and accuracy

I try to keep the website readable and accurate as a personal journal, but errors, broken links, outdated descriptions, or missing pages may happen. Content may be updated, removed, rewritten, or reorganised without notice.

Older entries reflect what I wrote at a particular time. Later entries may describe different choices because personal routines change.

9. Liability boundary

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Taik Duccan is not liable for losses connected with your use of this website, your interpretation of personal journal entries, paid note materials, or third-party services linked or embedded on the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law does not allow exclusion.

You use the website at your own discretion. If a topic requires professional judgement, this personal journal is not a suitable source for that judgement.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how contact data and ordinary site-related information may be handled. By using the contact form, you acknowledge that your message may be processed so I can reply. The GDPR consent checkbox is included to make that clear before you send details.

11. Dutch law and court

These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ordinary communication, the competent court for Amersfoort, Netherlands, will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require another forum.

The current version of these Terms is dated 1 June 2026.
